TC Bearing    
TC bearing, also called cemented carbide bearing, is machined after welding the substrate, tungsten carbide powder and cemented carbide through the technology of oxy-acetylene spray welding. It can be applied in PDM drills, mud motors, RSSs, turbo drills and vertical drilling systems.

TC (tungsten carbide) bearing is an important part of radial straightening of downhole power drilling tools, especially during directional operation when the bearing is in the harsh working conditions of low speed, heavy load and drilling fluid lubrication. During the operation of downhole hydrodynamic drilling tools, the service life of the stator and rotor of turbo drilling tools is longer than that of screw drilling tools, which puts forward more stringent life requirements for TC bearings.
